Recognition of Prior Learning

Recognition of Prior Learning

Carey Training uses a quality Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process helping to ensure that the learning response is a well targeted one.

Prior to the commencement of any training, participants or potential clients may undertake the RPL activity to identify the skills and knowledge they have acquired through work experience, formal and informal training and / or general life experience.

Once the Carey Training trainer confirms the evidence of current competency and cross references those competencies against a specific qualification, a training plan based on identified skills gaps, will be negotiated.

    Recognition of Prior Learning

Carey Training will undertake a comprehensive Recognition of Prior Learning process to ascertain the experience and skill levels of a specific employee.
